About QuickQuid

QuickQuid is operated by QuickQuid Services Private Limited (“QuickQuid”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

QuickQuid is an online marketplace and project-work platform for digital professional services. It helps Clients define work, connect with independent Freelancers, agree on scope and milestones, manage project execution, record changes, submit and review deliverables, complete handover, and maintain evidence of completed work.

What customers buy on QuickQuid

Clients use QuickQuid to engage independent professionals for digital and professional project work such as software development, design, technical implementation and other categories made available on the platform.

QuickQuid does not sell physical goods and does not provide physical shipping.

How a typical project works

1. A Client creates or approves a project brief.
2. A Freelancer expresses interest or is selected for the work.
3. The Client and Freelancer agree on the scope, deliverables, price, milestones, dates, responsibilities and acceptance criteria in a Project Pact.
4. Required project or milestone funding is paid through the supported payment flow.
5. The Freelancer performs the work through the QuickQuid project workspace.
6. Any material change to scope, price or timeline is recorded as a Scope Change and requires approval.
7. The Freelancer submits a Delivery Package against the agreed acceptance criteria.
8. The Client reviews the delivery and may accept it, request a valid revision, partially accept it where agreed, or raise a dispute.
9. Payment settlement and any refund adjustment are handled according to the approved payment-provider configuration and the Project Pact.
10. The Freelancer completes the required handover before the project is closed where handover is part of the agreement.

Relationship between QuickQuid, Clients and Freelancers

QuickQuid provides the marketplace, project-management, record-keeping and payment-integration layer. Freelancers are independent service providers and are not employees of QuickQuid solely because they use the platform.

The underlying project is performed by the Freelancer for the Client. Project-specific commercial terms are recorded in the applicable Project Pact.

Pricing

During the QuickQuid Founding Beta, QuickQuid's platform fee is 0% unless a different fee is clearly disclosed and accepted before a project is funded.

QuickQuid may introduce platform fees later. Any applicable QuickQuid fee, payment-provider charge or tax that is payable by a user will be disclosed before the relevant payment or commitment.

Payments

Customer payments are processed through Cashfree Payments or another payment provider clearly identified at checkout.

Where enabled and approved for QuickQuid's merchant configuration, Cashfree Easy Split may be used to manage payment splitting, vendor/freelancer settlements, refund adjustments and reconciliation.

QuickQuid does not represent itself as a bank or payment aggregator and does not independently offer a bank escrow service. Payment holding, settlement schedules and refund processing remain subject to the payment provider's approved configuration, limits and applicable law.
