We may use personal information to:

  • create and secure accounts;

3. AI-assisted processing

QuickQuid may use AI service providers for features such as Brief structuring, EOI drafting, project Q&A, scope-change suggestions and Delivery checks.

QuickQuid is designed so that high-impact project and payment decisions remain subject to human approval.

Where practical, AI systems should receive only the project information required for the requested feature and only information the requesting user is permitted to access. Protected credential values should not be sent to ordinary AI features by default.

4. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate QuickQuid, including providers for:

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

5. Public information

Information that you intentionally publish on a public profile, public portfolio or other public QuickQuid surface may be visible to other users and visitors.

Private Projects, private messages and private files are not intended to become public merely because you use QuickQuid.

Verified Evidence and public portfolio content are separate concepts. A completed private project may contribute to private or limited verification records without automatically publishing the Client's confidential work.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including project continuity, contractual records, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, tax and legal obligations.

Some records, such as approved agreements, transaction records, dispute evidence or records linked to another user's legitimate rights, may need to be retained after account closure.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymise or securely isolate it according to our operational and legal requirements.
